Terms & Conditions
Refunds & Cancellations
We ask that all fees are paid at the time of ordering. If for whatever reason you need to change the date of your delivery, we will re-schedule this for you if within the original delivery estimate. Should you not be able to transfer your dates we will refund 100% in full providing 30 days’ notice is given. If cancellation is less than the required 30 days, then we may need to make a small administration charge of no more than 15% of the total cost. Refund will normally be given to you within 7 days of request.
